Creation of United Dragons, the first Chinese Barça supporters Club outside China

Creation of PB United Dragons, the first Chinese Barça supporters Club outside China. With Kimi Chen, Zhuomin Ma and Lei lei Ma on December 10th. During 2016 we did the first activities with the club.
